Terms and Conditions for Use of the amd303 Malaysia Platform

1Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" — refers to the amd303 website accessible at amd303.onl along with all associated mobile applications and related services provided by amd303.
• "Player" / "Member" — an individual who has registered and holds an active account on the amd303 platform.
• "Account" — a personal account registered by the player to access amd303's services.
• "Funds" — money deposited, won, or received as a bonus that is stored in the player's account.
• "Bet" — any bet or wager placed by a player using funds in their account.

If a player is confirmed to be underage, all funds in that account will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.

4Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the amd303 platform. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

4.1 Registration Information

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and bank details. Any false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these terms.

4.2 KYC Verification Process

4.3 Account Security

7.1 Rollover Requirements

10Account Termination and Suspension

• Activities suspected of fraud or money laundering.
• Request from a legal authority or regulatory body.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

11Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, amd303 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:
